Jari and Sheila Boettcher purchased 21 acres south of Hermiston, Oregon in August of 1983. By March of 1984 we opened the retail nursery. In June of 1984 we planted our first 15 acres of turf grass and started harvesting for orders that fall. Since then we have continued with growing and supplying locally grown turf. We have slowly expanded and enlarged our company each year. Jari has been a licensed landscaper since 1980 and continues to make attractive and efficient landscapes.
